I’ve started a new project involving craving frames onto wooden panels and painting on on them. I’m totally loving it so far. iI want to get some larger pieces of word and work on them. (hopefully before my review board ehhh). It the first time I’m feeling really confident in my work this semester~ I’ll post some more pictures soon!
A Current look at my studio, Still doing a lot of organization I need to do and stuff it’ll continue to grow for sure (since it’s basically my home/nest)~ I’ll get some pictures of my work in progress of some of my work, as well as get some good photos of the finished drawings I’ve done~ I’m pretty excited though I’ll be starting a large scale painting soon and I’m almost done with my hard-ground etching~~~
ps it’s freezing in here
My first drawing of the semester, Oh man this was so long ago (Finnally I’m posting it)~
I had to do a drawing based off another ‘fully resolved’/’perfect’ drawings we did before this class. I’m not completely happy with the piece there is still a lot of things I would like to do with it to improve it but I don’t think Im going to touch it for a while more…

awhhh I love it so much! I can’t believe I am a junior now it’s so strange it feels like just yesterday I was a freshman! This space it is huge I’e never had so much space all to my self it’s kind of incredible! I can’t wait to start growing into it and starting to paint! YAY
My cousin recently got married and I made her this card. I had a lot of fun making it so I figured I post it, and to also let you know I’m still alive but sadly not producing as much for a number a reasons. But I’ve always had a fondness of making cards~
My Megenta beauty~ My current work in progress right now~ I’ve already racked up maybe 40+ hours on her already but I won’t stop until she is perfect so I’ll keep plugging away.I think I’m pretty happy about her face and collar but everything else still needs a lot of work.

My Review set up! Oh Man this year has been Amazing, to see the growth in my own work makes me so excited and pleased! I can’t wait to keep paiting and finish up my lovel megenta doll peice. I worked over 40 hours on her already but I’ll diffidently finish her up this summer. I was very pleased with the feed back I got for my reviewers and peers. It was a very nice wrap up to this crazy semester. Although it was really hard to say good bye to my studio mates and Chris my teacher. I can’t believe I’m a juninor now! but for now I’m just focusing on summer and continuing to paint~~~
just got to work on a small kink with my other photos from reviews until then a little snippet of a painting im working on currently~
So I’m finally home and have some photos of my final Review board at school I’ll get them up tomorrow, I’ve very happy with the feed back I received from my reviewers! Sadly I am also also going through a really difficult time with my family currently and will try to keep posting consistently but I may lag every now and then because of home life complications Thankfully I have probably the most wonderful friends in the world who are helping me though it. But anyways let summer Begin!
